With homework, tests, school dances, and athletic events happening, it might feel overwhelming to find the time to strengthen yourself. For high school students, our High School Performance program is designed to improve first step quickness, breakaway speed, change of direction, power and strength, and mobility and flexibility even on a busy high school schedule. Our program is perfect for high school students seeking to challenge themselves and achieve great success during and after the athletic season.

For high school athletes, our programs are designed to fit with most high school schedules, They get the following when they sign up:

While our program will enhance all aspects of athletics and make each athlete a better athlete through our holistic training approach. We are firm believers that each sport has its specific demands, and it’s our targeted approach to making sure our athletes improve at those metrics that are required for that athlete to succeed in their sport. While we may train in groups each athlete has their own individual program that is driven by data from today’s best technology in the field of sports science.

$320/MONTH FOR UNLIMITED SESSIONS

$250/MONTH FOR TWO SESSIONS A WEEK (8 SESSIONS/MONTH)

$140/MONTH FOR ONE SESSION A WEEK (4 SESSIONS/MONTH)

$40/SESSION drop-in
