 Our training programs are designed for active adults looking for a challenging training program. Opposed to the typical workouts you are used to experiencing ProForce adult training sessions, use no gimmicks or fads, just a proven systems. Select a program below to increase your daily energy levels, run your first 5K, lose ten pounds, or just feel stronger, and healthier. 

Before we take you through a workout, we first want to take the time to find out what you specifically need by performing your Advanced Movement Assessment. This assessment gives us the blue print we will use to design the program to get you to your individual goals.

Semi-private Personal Training

Would you like fair priced, high quality training sessions, with an individualized training plan. Then this is the training program for you. No more than four individuals in a semi-private group.

Personal Training

If you would like personal one on one attention to help you achieve your goals then this is the program for you.

Advanced movement Assessment:

We listen to your goals and then set up your advanced movement assessment. The Advanced Movement Assessment is combined of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and any other performance variables that are customized based on your goals.  Through the assessment we will be able to tell you where your mobility and stability issues are, and help you stop the energy leaks in your body. 

Put simply, the FMS is a ranking and grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. By screening these patterns, the FMS readily identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. These are issues that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and distort body awareness.

Exercise professionals monitor the FMS score to track progress and to identify those exercises that will be most effective to restore proper movement and build strength in each individual.
