Long-Term Athletic Development Solutions

Our goal is to take athletes on an athlete-centered journey and to help each athlete develop to their full genetic potential. To do this we need to place athletes in training groups that align them with peers of their biological, training age, physical, mental, emotional, and cognitive-developmental. This allows us to better create periodized plans specific to each group’s developmental needs.

 

Junior ProForce:

·      Our classes focus on instilling healthy fitness training habits in your child, so they can have the best chance to succeed as an athlete. The classes focus primarily on:

·      Bodyweight mastery, especially the athletic position

·      First step quickness and breakaway speed

·      Agility & change of direction skills

·      Most importantly: HAVING FUN!

·      There’s no actual weight training involved in the program. Our exercises are completed with medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands with the goal of developing bodyweight resistance for your child.

 

Mighty ProForce
