Each player starts with an evaluation where we will look for mobility and stability issues that might be keeping you from reaching your potential on the field. You will also be run through a gambit of power testing that will help us identify how we need to train you.

If your high school requires you to lift with them then we will focus on your corrective exercises and speed work. If you are allowed to complete a full workout with us then we will help you reach your goals.
