Job Title:  Performance Specialist/Strength and Conditioning Coach

Department: ProForce Sports Performance - Turpin High School

Position Summary:  Responsible for the development and implementation of physical conditioning training programs for athletes and adults in all sports, all ages, and all levels. As well as directing, marketing, and selling all programs at ProForce Sports Performance.

Position Responsibilities

-        Execution of the Company’s strategic vision

-        Establishes weight room schedule

-        Responsible for direct communication with the school’s AD

-        Oversees that KPIs are being met in the weight room, on the field, and with downstream revenue to the company

-        Supports the company in networking, sales, and outreach

-        Oversees all training and program design at the school

-        Supports Marketing & Sales Coordinator with contacts and needed

-        Oversees Day-to-Day Operations of the school’s weight room

-        Works with CPO to create safe and sound weight room practices that are in alignment with the company’s standards

Schedule:

Hours are set per semester and vary depending on needs. Will forward updated schedules to the CPO each time they change. You and you alone are responsible for working with the AD and assistants to set the schedule at your school.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience playing, coaching or managing

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.

  • Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period of time.

  • Must be able to move around and drive from location to location

  • The ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays is required

Background Requirements

  • Requires a background check upon offer
