ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS FOR MIGHTY ATHLETES

Looking to get your athlete an inside edge on speed, strength, and conditioning? These years are crucial for establishing maximum athletic performance and reducing future injuries. Our Mighty ProForce Program is geared towards athletes who are at least 10 years old. This program includes a dynamic warm up, speed and agility work, strength training and conditioning in convenient 60 minutes sessions.

All athletes begin our programs with a FREE Advanced Athletic Assessment. We use the data gathered during this assessment to ensure that they are training at the appropriate level and to develop their training program. Mighty ProForce Program Features:

Our classes focus on instilling healthy fitness training habits in your child, so they have the best chance to succeed in athletics and life. The classes focus primarily on:

  • Bodyweight mastery, especially the athletic position

  • First step quickness and breakaway speed

  • Agility & change of direction skills

  • Jumping & landing mechanics

  • Balance & coordination

*The strength training portion of this program is progression in nature and requires that each athlete so mastery of bodyweight and form before being allowed to advance. Our program follows the NSCA guidelines for youth resistance training which can be viewed here.

CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT IN PERFORMANCE

Our incremental approach to training makes it so your child will need to master simpler exercises before moving onto more complex ones. Therefore, your child’s strength will gradually increase but they will not succumb to exhaustion quickly.

Performance training in younger athletes increases the level of control they have over preventing injuries. Athletes with stronger, more flexible muscles and tendons are the least likely to get injuries from intense physical activity.
