ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE PROGRAM FOR YOUTH ATHLETES
Our Pre-High School Performance Program is designed for 8th-grade athletes, providing a seamless transition from the Mighty ProForce program to our High School Program. Each session is 60-minute long.
Key Features Include:
Dynamic Warm-Up: Essential for preparing the body.
Speed and Agility Training: Enhance first-step quickness and directional changes.
Strength Training*: Master bodyweight exercises before progressing.
Jumping and Landing Mechanics: Improve performance and reduce injury risk.
Balance and Coordination: Fundamental skills for all sports.
Progress Tracking: Our staff regularly monitors and evaluates improvements to ensure continuous development.
*The strength training portion of this program is progression in nature and requires that each athlete so mastery of bodyweight and form before being allowed to advance. Our program follows the NSCA guidelines for youth resistance training which can be viewed here.

CONSISTENT IMPROVEMENT IN PERFORMANCE
Our incremental approach to training makes it so your child will need to master simpler exercises before moving onto more complex ones. Therefore, your child’s strength will gradually increase but they will not succumb to exhaustion quickly.
INJURY PREVENTION
Performance training in younger athletes increases the level of control they have over their bodies thus preventing injuries. Athletes with stronger, more flexible muscles and tendons are the least likely to get injuries from intense physical activity.
LESS BURNOUT
Young athletes who have participated in our program will have the skills necessary to cope with more intense activities and sports.

$320 per month for Unlimited sessions
$250 per month for 2 sessions per week (8 sessions per month)
$140 per month for 1 session per week (4 sessions per month)
$40/session drop-in
