ProForce Staff:

ProForce credits much of it's foundational understanding to Kevin's mentors: Ted Lambrinides, Ron McKeefery, Jim Kielbaso, and Greg Moore. Each of our #PFStaff members uses ProForce’s comprehensive assessment process to drive programming.  Our #PFStaff are avid exercise and nutrition researchers, who apply the latest scientific findings to their sports and exercise training programs.

#PFSTAFF
ProForce employs the best coaching staff in the country.  All of our coaches have a minimum of a 4-year degree and possess, or are in pursuit of, a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association or National Academy of Sports Medicine. They are also certified in CPR and First Aid. Our staff has decades of sports experience, both as players and coaches.

There are no egos at ProForce. Our staff is dynamic, friendly, supportive, and most interested in you reaching your goals.

Kevin Hollabaugh

Founder/CEO

Coach Kevin Hollabaugh has been working in strength and conditioning since 2009. His career started as an athletic training student at the University of Cincinnati. In 2005 he fell in love with the concept of using the weight room to keep players out of the training room and changed his major to Exercise Science. After graduating, Coach Kevin worked for several private facilities, served as a Graduate Assistant at the University of South Florida, then moved to Indianapolis, IN to run two different hospital-based facilities. In 2014 Coach Kevin started ProForce Sports Performance in a small spin cycle classroom and has grown it to two Cincinnati-area training facilities and partnerships with four area high schools. Coach Kevin has a huge thirst for knowledge and works hard every day to make sure ProForce stays on the cutting edge of technology and training methods. His big passion is the game of baseball which has led ProForce to be regarded as one of the top training facilities for baseball players in the Midwest. He has spoken nationally and internationally on topics from Arm Care to Speed Development. He recently served as the Director of Player Development at the University of Cincinnati and is currently serving as a strength and conditioning coach for the New York Yankees when he is not in Cincinnati.
