SESSION DETAILS:
We will work with you to determine session length and what you would like us to focus on during your team’s session with us. Below is an example of a session breakdown.
10 minute session specific active dynamic warm-up and flexibility routine
20 minutes of Speed and Agility Work (First step quickness, Acceleration, Top Speed, lateral movement, Change of Direction, and Base stealing technique)
30 minutes of total body, power development, Upper/Lower strength development, Core strengthening, and sport specific needs
Sports Specific Conditioning to finish
TEAM RATE:
$150 PER HOUR
