SESSION DETAILS:

We will work with you to determine session length and what you would like us to focus on during your team’s session with us. Below is an example of a session breakdown.

  • 10 minute session specific active dynamic warm-up and flexibility routine

  • 20 minutes of Speed and Agility Work (First step quickness, Acceleration, Top Speed, lateral movement, Change of Direction, and Base stealing technique)

  • 30 minutes of total body, power development, Upper/Lower strength development, Core strengthening, and sport specific needs

  • Sports Specific Conditioning to finish

TEAM RATE:

  • $150 PER HOUR

    1. (EXAMPLE) TWO HOURS PER WEEK

      • $300 PER WEEK

      • 12 SESSIONS x 6 WEEKS = $1,800 total
