2018 Spring Semester Programs

We now offer what we are calling semester programs. We will be offering Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter duration based training packages. They all have a firm start and end date to help you set your calendar. These duration based programs also allow us to set up better pre, mid-term, and post assessments to help show improvement. We will still use our individualized based training programs the only difference is you now have a set block of training weeks instead of going month to month. 


In-season Package

The following program runs 11 weeks March 19th through June 1st. This package allows the athlete one training session per week for a total of 11 training sessions. This is the ideal package for athletes that are currently play high school baseball, softball, track, or lacrosse. 

We will assess the athletes in this program on March 19th or on their first day of the program. All athletes will be assessed during the mid-term and at the conclusion of the program to show performance increases. We will work with you to set up a schedule on a weekly or even daily basis as games and practices are moved around. 

$250 

*Closed May 28th for Memorial Day

**Make up sessions will be offered the week of June 4th. 

***Must register by March 26th 


Two sessions per week

The following program runs 11 weeks March 19th through June 1st. This package allows the athlete up to two training session per week for a total of 22 training sessions. 

We will assess the athletes in this program on March 19th or on their first day of the program. All athletes will be assessed during the mid-term and at the conclusion of the program to show performance increases. You may choose a M/W or T/TH split or we can work with you to set up one that works better. 

$560 (can be split into two payments)

Three sessions per week

The following program runs 11 weeks March 19th through June 1st. This package allows the athlete up to three training session per week for a total of 33 training sessions. 

We will assess the athletes in this program on March 19th or on their first day of the program. All athletes will be assessed during the mid-term and at the conclusion of the program to show performance increases. You may choose a M/W/F or T/TH/Sat split or we can work with you to set up one that works better. 

$760 (can be split into two payments)
