I have run 7 marathons and wanted to run another one. But every time I started training I had pain in my knees and just felt weak. I met with Kevin and told him my goal: to strengthen my core, strengthen the muscles around my knees and improve my running form so I could run another marathon. After my initial evaluation, Kevin put together a program for me that has already made major improvements. After only 2 months, my running form has improved greatly and my core and legs are significantly stronger. And after my last 10 mile run, my knee pain was minimal. I could not be happier with the program Kevin has put together for me. I am amazed that after such a short amount of training, I feel that I am at 70% of my goal. My workouts are precise and efficient. I look forward to working with Kevin to continue my strength training. Kevin is very knowledgeable in his field and I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to improve their workouts and achieve results.
