Starting April 15th we will be running the "Spring into Fitness” Challenge to help you get in the best shape possible for 2019!
We are looking for local men and women who fit the following criteria to transform their life and body in just 6 short weeks:
- 24-60 years old and would love to feel better and get leaner
- 10-30+lbs of fat to lose¨- Would like to build strength and confidence
- Stressed and busy
- Have trouble with restrictive dieting
- Goal driven
- Willing to invest 3 hours per week for 60 minutes
